\nI had a problem. We were having a party the next day, July 1. We were going to have everyone at our boatyard who had worked on Heron’s refit. But how can you have a “beers on the boat” party when you have no beers on the boat. Luckily, one of the employees at the Marina offered to drive us to the local grocery store in Oxford. Yeah!
\nLoaded down with our liquid cargo, we said good bye to Mel and Doug, and headed toward Annapolis.
\nIt was another beautiful day, as we headed northwest.
\nWe tied up at Cantler’s Crab House on a creek near Annapolis. We’d arranged a crab feast for everyone from my office. I wanted to thank my fellow co-workers for putting up with my absence over the past year. It was a great dinner! Steamed crabs, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and French fries. Yum.
