We ate breakfast with Ruth. I had oatmeal, and I felt a bit queasy.  Not seasick, the seas were calm. <br>But my guts were far from calm. By 11am, I had called down to the medical center. \u201cDouble bucket\u201d! Enough said. They gave Jim some Imodium to bring to me. At 4pm, a nurse came to our room and gave me an injection in my bum. She promised I would not vomit again. But I did. Around 8pm I went to the medical center, and they gave me 2 bags of intravenous fluids before they wheeled me back to our room late that night. What a horrible day!
